Meet Kim Tria

With a rich and diverse background, Kim Tria brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to the world of real estate. Married for almost 24 years, Kim has lived a life of movement and change alongside her husband, relocating 11 times in 19 years before finally settling in Daphne, Alabama, in 2019 Now, Daphne is truly home, shared with the rest of my family who have since followed and moved to the area.

Kim's professional life has spanned the medical field and cyber security, equipping her with sharp attention to detail and a commitment to service and confidentiality. She entered real estate initially to assist her husband but quickly discovered a genuine passion for helping others navigate one of life’s most significant transitions: finding a new home.

Having been the one doing the packing, moving, shutting down one life, and starting a new one in a different area—often while her husband went ahead—Kim intimately understands the frustrations, loneliness, and time crunch that come with relocation.
